WARRANTY & DETAILS
WARRANTY
All electrical products are warranted for the period of 1 year from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship, with the exception of worn out parts. Groomers Friend Pty Ltd will not be responsible for damage caused by abuse or misuse. We reserve the right to replace or repair goods proven to be of defective manufacture; provided that the cost of returning and re-delivering the items in question will be at the customer's expense.
Replaced parts carry a three month warranty.
ORDERS
Groomers Friend has no minimum orders. To purchase at trade prices we require a registered business name associated within the pet industry and an ABN number (if applicable). Credits, returns and warranty claims cannot be processed without a date of purchase and an invoice number provided by the customer. Products may vary due to manufacturer's alterations and product demand.
FREIGHT POLICIES
Freight charges vary depending on weight, size and destination. Freight incurs a 10% surcharge to cover insurance, costs and miscellaneous charges.
*POA - Larger Items Not Always In Stock. Please allow 4-8 wks delivery time. Item Price quoted at time of order depending on Australian dollar exchange rates. Freight charges may vary depending on size of order and destination.
RETURN GOODS POLICY
No returns can be accepted for goods which have been ordered and manufactured per customer specifications. All other goods returned for credit will be subject to the following terms:
• Groomers Friend exchanges products, but does not refund the purchase price
• Goods returned must be in original, good condition
• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery date
• No refund on freight costs
• Goods returned will be at the customer's expense.
PRICES
We make every effort to ensure that listed prices are correct. Due to the fluctuations in the Australian dollar, prices are subject to change without notice. Prices can be quoted at time of order. All prices include 10% GST (Overseas buyers exempt)
